Welcome to Charketplace (“we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Charketplace website, mobile applications, and related services (collectively, the “Service”). By accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
To use certain features, you must create an account and provide accurate information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account.
To become a Seller, you must submit a seller application and provide any information we require. A moderator will review applications and product submissions to verify that they meet Charketplace guidelines. Approval is at our sole discretion.
All products must be accurately described and free of malware, adware, or harmful content. Charketplace reserves the right to refuse, remove, suspend, or terminate any listings for any reason.
Charketplace collects a fee of 8% of the sale price of every Product sold through the platform. Payments to Sellers will be made according to our payout schedule and subject to any applicable tax withholdings.
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Service to distribute illegal, harmful, or prohibited content.
You retain ownership of content you submit. However, by posting on Charketplace, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with operating the Service. You agree not to infringe on any third-party intellectual property rights.
9.1 No Warranty: The Service, products listed, and any content provided are
supplied “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind. Charketplace does not guarantee
that any product is safe, legal, error-free, or suitable for your intended use.
9.2 No Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by law, Charketplace, its
affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents will not be liable for any damages arising
from your use of the Service or any product purchased through it, including but not limited to loss
of data, profits, legal actions, bans, suspensions, or regulatory disputes.
9.3 User Responsibility: You agree that your use of any product obtained through
Charketplace is at your own risk, and Charketplace is not responsible for any consequences arising
from misuse, violation of applicable platform policies, or legal violations.
9.4 Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Charketplace and its
representatives from all claims, losses, liabilities, damages, costs, and expenses (including
attorneys’ fees) resulting from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement
of another’s rights.
Charketplace may suspend or terminate your access at any time for violation of Terms or for any reason. You may deactivate your account at any time, subject to completing any pending transactions.
These Terms will be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where Charketplace is incorporated. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of that jurisdiction.
Charketplace may update these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes, and your continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
