All payments are processed securely through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, and most other major credit and debit cards. Charketplace never stores your card details.

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds on digital products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing. If you experience a technical issue with a product, contact the seller directly.

After a successful purchase you'll receive a confirmation. Your purchase history and download links are accessible from your profile page.

Log in and open the Seller Application from the menu (☰). Complete the 3-step form — product details & pricing, files & media, then review & submit. Our admin team reviews every submission and you'll see the approval status in your Seller Dashboard.

Charketplace supports: Software, Script, Mod, Cheat, Tool, Plugin, Theme, Asset, External, DLL, Internal, Spoofer, Executor, and Kernel. Select the type that best describes your product during the application.

You can offer your product as a one-time purchase, a subscription (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly), or time-based keys (1-day through 7-day). Multiple pricing models can be enabled on the same product.

Yes. To receive payouts you must connect a Stripe account from your Seller Dashboard. Stripe handles all payment routing securely — Charketplace never stores your banking details.

Charketplace charges an 8% platform fee per sale. You receive 92% of every sale directly to your connected Stripe account.

Payouts are handled automatically by Stripe according to your connected account's payout schedule. Funds typically arrive within 1–3 business days after processing.

Open your Seller Dashboard and go to the My Products tab. From there you can view the approval status of each listing and delete products you no longer want to offer.

Go to your profile page and click Change Password. A reset link will be emailed to your registered address. Check your spam folder if it doesn't arrive within a few minutes.

Email addresses are tied to your login credentials and cannot be changed through the platform. To update your email, contact us at charketplace@outlook.com.

After signing up, check your inbox for a verification link from Charketplace. Click it to activate your account. If you didn't receive it, check your spam folder or contact support.

Visit your profile page to update your display name and choose a custom avatar from the avatar selector.

Every uploaded file is put through automated virus scanning before it can be listed. Our team also manually reviews submissions before approval. That said, we recommend running your own security check before executing any downloaded software. Charketplace is not liable for issues arising from product use.

Every product submission is reviewed and must be approved by an admin before it becomes publicly visible. Sellers who violate our terms have their listings removed and their accounts suspended.

Yes. All payments are processed by Stripe, a PCI-DSS compliant payment processor. Charketplace never sees or stores your card details. All connections use HTTPS encryption.
