1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Charketplace ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Charketplace is a marketplace platform that connects buyers and sellers of digital software products including game modifications, scripts, cheats, tools, executors, spoofers, DLLs, plugins, themes, assets, and related software. We facilitate transactions between users but are not responsible for the content or quality of products sold.

3. User Accounts

Registration: You must create an account to buy or sell on Charketplace. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

Accuracy: You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration.

Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years old to use this Service.

Email: Your registered email address cannot be changed through the platform. Contact support if you need to update your email.

4. Seller Obligations

Approval: All product listings must be submitted through the Sell a Product form and are subject to review and approval by the Charketplace admin team before being listed publicly. Submissions may be approved or rejected at our sole discretion.

Stripe Connect: Sellers must connect a valid Stripe account to receive payouts. Charketplace uses Stripe Connect to route payments directly to sellers.

Content: Sellers are solely responsible for the content, legality, and quality of products they list.

Prohibited Items: Sellers may not list products that contain malware, infringe on intellectual property rights, or are intended to cause harm.

Platform Fee: Charketplace charges an 8% platform fee on all sales, automatically deducted from seller earnings. Sellers receive 92% of each sale directly to their Stripe account.

Pricing Models: Sellers may offer products as one-time purchases, subscriptions (weekly, monthly, quarterly, bi-annual, or yearly), or time-based keys (1–7 days).

5. Buyer Obligations

Purchases: All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for digital products. Please review product descriptions carefully before purchasing.

Usage: Buyers acknowledge that using certain software products (such as game cheats or modifications) may violate third-party terms of service and accept all associated risks.

6. Payment Processing

All payments are processed through Stripe. By making a purchase or receiving a payout, you agree to Stripe's terms of service. Charketplace does not store credit card or banking information on its servers.

7. Intellectual Property

Sellers retain ownership of their content but grant Charketplace a license to display and promote their products on the platform.

Buyers receive a non-transferable license to use purchased products for personal use only.

8. Prohibited Conduct

You may not:

• Upload malware, viruses, or harmful code
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Harass or abuse other users
• Bypass payment systems
• Use automated tools to scrape the platform

9. Disclaimers

No Warranties: The Service is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind.

Game Compatibility: Charketplace does not guarantee that products will work with specific games or remain functional after game updates.

Third-Party Risk: Using game modifications may result in account bans or other consequences from game publishers.

10. Limitation of Liability

Charketplace shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from use of the Service, including:

• Loss of data or game accounts
• Damages from defective products
• Unauthorized access to your account

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in prohibited conduct.

12. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of modified terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Charketplace operates.
